Comparable cartridge to Winchester ballistic silvertip

I really like shooting the 168 grain Winchester ballistic silvertip in my .30-06 Weatherby Vanguard. I am finding it impossible to find anymore. I have enough to hunt this year and get a little practice in with that round, but I’ll be hurting for future hunts if the supply doesn’t come back. What are some suggestions for a comparable round? I’ll probably be venturing to a couple gun and ammo stores in St. Louis county and I want to have an idea of what to try as a replacement if I can’t find anymore of the silvertips.

Cabelas here in St Louis has them in 180 grain if that does anything for you.

For deer with my 30 06 I'm using Federal Fusions. I use to shoot the Silvertips but found my gun likes the Fusions better and they are awesome on deer!
