Colorado Wolves Now Have 'Names'

A couple years back here on Vancouver Island, someone named a couple southern island wolves that were routinely seen in a particular area.

I laughed my ass off when one was shot (legally during our wolf season) in a legal hunting area.

Some of the comments that followed the kill were simply made by those completely out of touch with reality.

Alberta had a well known grizzly in banff, named of course but the name escapes me currently.

It became a nuisance bear and was relocated to BC. Someone shot it during one of the last years of the BC grizzly hunt lol.

Greenies cried of course.

Nature is cruel. Predator and prey balance is essential to a healthy ecosystem. Political ideologies getting in the way usually don`t benefit anything in nature.
That's the problem.

Most of one side wants predators untouchable, most of the other side wants them gone.

For people who aren't reading the article..:poop:

1. River, the light gray male: Meant to signify "peace" and "growth"
2. Aspen, the darker gray female: Meant to signify "shield" and "magical powers"
3. Maverick, the gray female: Meant to signify "independent" and "rebel"
4. Ghost, the black female: Meant to signify "spirit of the forest"
5. Shadow, the black female: Meant to signify "elusive" and "secretive"

The boulder crowd would lose their mind if river had a bullet run through it.

Toxic feminism

Lol, are they naming them after all the units they are about to ruin the hunting in?
