Yes. But just know they are 100% youth preference. Very slim chance for most decent units for non youth.

Youth tags are what I want.

They will post the available licenses for the secondary draw. Whatever remains after the secondary draw is considered the "leftover list" and they go on sale to the public on leftover day first come first served.

Adults that apply in the secondary draw are basically making charitable donations to the CPW. Unless the unit you want has 100 tags remaining then you will likely draw. Pretty sure they are implementing the 75/25 allocation towards the secondary draw also. So if you and your youth are NR i wouldn't apply for a unit that has less than 4 licenses available.

It depends on what you are turning in (a/b/c), what you want to apply for (a/b/c), and if the former has been processed fully or not.
