Colorado Wilderness GMU Access

Hey guys wondering if anyone out there has any info on ways they accessed the wilderness areas in either GMU's 521 or 47 in Colorado. Also any info on condition of access roads you used. Thanks for the help!

Maybe I should clarify a bit. We are in the beginning stages of planning a backpacking trip into one of these areas. We are wondering what types of vehicles might be needed on the access roads as the great majority of people going have compact cars or similar. There will be families from several states, and we will probably be visiting these area in late July or early August of next year.
