There's a blurb right on the CPW website saying secondary license go in the mail on the 25th of July.

FWIW, for anyone who didn't/hasn't received their primary draw license in the mail...

CPW does have a "lost in the mail affadavit"/LITMA form that you can fill out, return, and have your tag reprinted and remailed for no cost. This is different than the replacement license process (lost/damaged/etc.) that costs $25. I thought this was the case as I've been through it once before but didn't want to speak on that until I verified it. I called CPW and a customer service agent sent the form right over with instructions for filling it out and returning it. You can also take the form to a CPW office if you have one conveniently located but I'm happy to avoid the drive to Ft. Collins.
