There will be a leftover drawing first. Kids have priority.
Then they start the Reissue process.

Tags will be available. "Decent" is very relative. Anything remotely desirable is gone in seconds.

To clarify what is posted previously:

There is a secondary draw where youth have preference. Deadline to apply is June 30.

Then, August 4, the remaining tags (leftover) and OTC tags go on sale first come first served. There could be tags that have been turned in or not payed for on this list.

Starting August 12, reissue licenses have a weekly drop where new hunt codes are available.

Now that the Primary Draw is over, the next thing to happen is the Secondary Draw.

Deadline to apply is June 30th

After the Secondary Draw occurs, then any tags still available are called "Leftover", and those are sold in August

If you want to hunt, put in via the Secondary Draw in a couple of weeks. Don't wait for the leftover feeding frenzy

This. Really need to pay attention to the stats on the secondary draw to not waste money applying if its something that never makes it past youth.

Fair point, but it only costs $11.49 (NR) to apply in the secondary draw if you're already holding a qualifying license. Might as well take a shot IMO for that little money.

Be selective on your application.
Any tag that takes more than a point or two will be 0% odds for adults.
