Cold weather pants with side zippers

Might be a stupid question but is there any warm weather hunting pants with cargo pockets and side zippers?

Im looking to buy a pair pants that are warm in cold weather and that have side zippers and cargo pockets. Sorry I worded the question poorly.

Most of the warm bottoms with hip to ankle side zips are going to be for wearing over pants. The military level 7 pant might work for you and they are fairly inexpensive if you get gray.
