CO Unit 54 trailheads

Howdy all,
I drew a muzzleloader cow tag for unit 54. I'll be getting there up there a few days early to scout, but was trying to figure out where to focus the scouting, as there are a few ways into the unit.

Seems like a tossup between parking at Soap Creek, starting low and climbing high into the southern end of those mountains. Sort of hoping that climb will dissuade other folks. Versus coming in high at the Rainbow Lake or Mill Castle trailheads. Versus taking that 721 road all the way up past that Eagle Creek Outfitters ranch, seems to be a public road but not sure how possessive those guys are of it. Have a high lift 4x4 with mud tires and chains.

I've hunted 54 the last 3 seasons. Mill castle is an easy road in. Never used the Rainbow lake TH. I've also hiked my way in and found myself alone the entire time.

I think either way you go, you know what you have to do when you get there.
