Draw lists were posted near close of business today.

Nothing good on the list, no one else should even bother applying...in all seriousness, youth have 100% preference. I would expect basically every decent tag to be taken by youth, and any after that will have about the same odds as a sheep tag. Still worth the $7 donation I guess?

I’m assuming the secondary draw is random? Does it give preference to residents after youth or is it just completely random after youth get their crack at it?
