Hunters-anglers-trappers should use this moment to solidly their stance that the commission has been hijacked by extreme activists. Keep bringing it up at every meeting. Flood your state senators with emails demanding accountability and deny any new commission appointments. Make it a pain point for the Polis administration until he terms out.

The huge left-leaning voting blocks on the western sides of Washington and Oregon certainly present a challenge to the outdoorsmen who enjoy hunting and fishing in those states. The folks who live in the eastern sides of them are totally at odds with the antis and, notwithstanding them having the majority of the geography under their control, they lack the population base to carry the vote. Sad deal, to say the least. Move to the Treasure Valley or Coeur d'Alene like most of the "right flight" from California has done and you'll fit right in.
