I’m new to archery, but have shot competitive rifle since before there was a PRS, plus NRA HP and Rifle Slhouette-a precision sear is a precision sear....
Teflon and graphite I’ve used, but do not anymore. They can make sear engagements inconsistent
I’d really dirty, I use brake cleaner then flush with lighter fluid (liquid Zippo style). It dries without leaving anything to gum up yet The naphtha leaves lubricity and corrosion resistance.
Mildly dirty-I just rinse with lighter fluid.
They guys over at Jewell recommended me this years ago and I’ve never had any issues.
