Clean Freeze Dried Meals?

It depends on the food.
Dehydration uses heat. Freeze Drying uses sublimation.
Fresh foods are cooked in the dehydration process which causes nutritional loss. This is not a controversial statement. Fresh foods in a freeze drier are frozen. What do you think looses more nutritional value. Cooked veggies or frozen veggies?
Pretty simple.

You can put beaten eggs in a water bottle or bottles-freeze it or them.....

If you coat eggs with:

The plastic case for eggs-camping works well but I prefer the beat eggs-freeze in bottle method.
Bring oatmeal and some walnut pieces to add to it also....maybe some frozen burgers for day 1.

Care to share anything you dehydrate? Im mostly carnivore so ive been experimenting with eggs, ground beef and sausage.
My favorites are Venison stew, indian curry and rice, chili mac. I've done scrambled eggs before, but honestly, buying organic powdered eggs is a better result. cooked ground meats dehydrate fine. Really most dishes dehydrate well, just make sure you chop things smaller than you might normally, and make sure things are uniformly sized as much as possible. You dont want to do big rustic 1" potato cubes for example.

OP probably damaged their digestive tract with whatever influencer had them ingest, now they can't eat food.

I was getting sicker and sicker over the last few years. I visited a special physician who specializes in these things. Did a series of blood work and special panels. Discovered high levels of heavy metals and a few different parasites living in my gut track. Did the recommended physician monitored detox protocols. Now I’m healthier than ever.

I just now have to be more conscientious of what I consume since I’m not full anymore of the trash that 99% of Americans have floating in their bodies since we are literally being fed poison in this country.

I’ve been doing it for about 30yrs now, before it was a thing, at least before I knew it was a thing.

It was mostly out of convenience due to a busy work schedule and after a bit it just became a lifestyle. I don’t each much, until dinner and then try to eat sensible, but that doesn’t always work if I’ve had a busy day.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized my outlook on fitness is very different from most, but it works for me and that’s all that really matters.
Good job.
