Choose one and why?

I am in a super cool position where I need to choose between a Swarovski nl 10x52, a Swarovski nl 14x52 and a Swarovski el range ta 12x42. I have a pair of nl12x42 and a pair of el 10x42 binos. I also have a pair of 20x42 zulu6 (new) and a pair of vortex uhd 18x56 binos incoming. Does the nl 10x52 offer enough field of focus benefits to outweigh sheer crunch of 14s.

Definitely the vortex diamondback 10x42

Having your rangefinder built-in to your binos is a very nice feature so I would get the 12x42 ELRTA

For me and how I hunt, I’d sell the 12 NLs and 10 ELs. I’d also sell the Zulu6 and Vortex 18s.

I’d rock 14 NL Pures and a good 10 power range finding bino with ballistics on board and go kill.

Throw in a spotter when needed or for animal judgment if you hunt that way. With NL 14s I don’t need a spotter for nearly any hunts anymore.
