Chevrolet Colorado as a daily driver?

We have the Colorados at work… Transmission problems in almost all of them. I hate them for whatever that is worth.

The 4x4 company truck (Colorado) I had was a PITA getting out of 4wd.
The last time I was headed to the dealership to get some help
and it finally came out. Was making a heck of a racket too.
Never put it in 4wd again.

I have a 2019 ZR2 with the diesel. 63,000 miles as of last week. I drive it every day about 100 miles a day. It’s a good truck, had a transmission line separate on me at 50,000, replaced under warranty. Other than that no issues. Has a bed full of shoeing tools that it hauls every day. Plenty of room for just me, but I wouldn’t want to haul my family around in it too much. My biggest complaint is the turbo lag. Has absolutely no get up and go. Plenty of torque, but no zip.
