Checking Suppressor Concentricity

Anyone got a method to check the concentricity of a suppressor to the bore that doesnt involve these $50-$100 machines rods?

I hear you. I had baffle strikes on a Cooper (threaded by Cooper), so I purchased 3 or 4 rods (for various calibers). And while my memory could be wrong, I don’t think I paid that much for all 4. I can check or try to find the order later if needed.

Awesome. I saw a set on eBay but I'm a little skeptical.

What caliber rifle(s)?
You can buy 6mm, 7mm, 7.5mm 16” stainless rods off amazon fairly cheap, just like Mcmaster. Just need to soften the edges with sandpaper before use.
Might not fit real snug, but the length is enough that they dont have much wobble and work fine for the job.

You can also wrap your cleaning rod with painters tape in a few spots to fit snug as well if you have a straight rod. Mines carbon fiber and fairly straight.
