WTB Cheap 223

Looking for a slightly higher quality rifle in the same ballpark I can get a new scoped Axis II - which is $370.

Max I would spend is $450 for rifle only. Preferably not a black stock, I just don't like the look - exceptions for a stainless barrel or with grey accents (such as TC Venture, Weatherby Vanguard).

I'm fond of the Ruger American Ranch/Predator as well as the Mossberg MVP, but open to almost anything.

I know ppl on here use PayPal, and that is what I asked to send the funds through. I almost sent the funds with Zelle, but at the last second it reveals its F/F only (AKA no buyer protection if no rifle shows up). Google Pay appears to be the same. Anyone heard of GunTab? There have been no red flags at all, i just wanted to pay the 3% PayPal fee for peace of mind, and his response was a curveball.
