If the conservatives flip Canada, what are the top priorities for change in conservation policies. Two top priorities include slowing down the hand off of Crown land to tribes and Grizzly policy in BC and NWT. Could these changes and others be possible now?

It's not just Canada feeling the pressure as Germany also had a no confidence vote on their left leaning Chancellor. It's an interesting time in world politics and also indictive proof that we've all been force feed a narrative world wide and people are finally pushing back.

Grizzly policy in BC is determined by the BC provincial government. Land claims with First Nations are more difficult, as they typically involve multiple levels of government and a lot of lawyers. Here in the Yukon we have a few land claim settlements still outstanding, and all parties involved don't seem to be in any rush to wrap them up.

I don't see Trudeau stepping down voluntarily, I think the Liberals will drag this out until the other parties pull the plug on them. I'd definitely prefer that Trudeau would have to contest the next election and that he has to wear the thumping they're likely going to take.

Let's see

Reverse all the OIC gun bans

Have alberta become the 51st state lol

Have provinces elect premieres with a spine.

Cut off all the welfare bums especially those in provinces that vote liberal. Get a job ya bums!

If that happens, my wife and I are moving there. Immediately. Lol
Maybe we can do something similar to professional sports? If you're good, we'll trade a bunch of our 12th round draft picks from the last ten years? Lol

The BC Grizzly hunt was ended by our provincial (not federal) govt of the day. IMHO this was done as a trading chip to keep the leftist/green liberal supporters happy in exchange for site C dam.
BC resident hunters and G/O's were completely sold out as there was no conservation concern.

Regarding Canadian FN land issues, BC (unlike most other provinces) never had treaties aside from very small areas on Vancouver Island (Douglas Treaty). Very complex problem and I don't expect any federal govt (present or future) will do anything except watch the provincial govt continue to F' up the process and piss both sides off.

Here's hoping there is a reckoning on the horizon with P. P. driving the bus. Unfortunately there's allot of provincial BS the Federal Conservatives won't dabble in.

I'd welcome Alberta to the US. Along with eastern Oregon and eastern Washington into Idaho

Anything is possible with the will of the people behind it. As a minority, Hunters will only be successful by finding common ground with non hunters and make a compelling case for supporting pro hunting policy.

It's 7 years too late. They will probablly try to ban more firearms before the term is up in October 2025. They got their pensions and they are checking out now
