CA needs to revisit this issue with new evidence concerning numbers and such. I often get called out to dispatch and remove animals (mainly) deer from the roadways in the mountains where i live. Twice this year upon arriving I've encountered kittys within 40 yards. One stayed around for almost an hour while i and a fish and game officer watched.
