CA Mesa Not grouping

I’d trade it in for a tikka… at least that’s what I did with mine.

Yeah I don’t want to pass this issue onto the next guy so hopefully it doesn’t come to that. If CA fixes it, I’ll probably keep it

Thought the same thing, I actually took it back to the store I bought it from.

I wasted way too much time on that rifle.

This actually looks/ sounds more like a scope issue. Swaro in Talleys is not a very reliable set up, and the random fliers after 2 good ones is fairly common for wandering erector issues.

I have a Mesa in a 300 PRC. I could not get it to shoot anything. Factory or reloads. Called CA and I sent it back. They re-barreled it. Now it shoots 1/2 MOA at 100 yds. with reloads. I would buy another from them.

talleys are known to crack, multiple examples of that on this site. Swaro scopes are known to have wandering erectors/not hold zero. Even the X5.

No - I ended up putting it in the safe and buying a tikka. I’m not sure what to do with the gun at this point.
