I did it all myself. You'll need a vise, action wrench and go, no go gauges. Probably cheaper to have a smith spin it together if you don't have the tools.

What did you use for a go, no go gauge. Think I used blue painters tape on a module to set mine, but it’s a bit tight
 
I bought a prefit from arrowhead and used a remington 700 action I had laying around. I used a grayboe Phoenix stock. It works great, no complaints. I shoot arrowhead nsr 275 grain bullets.
Question, what do you have to do to the bolt face to ensure proper ignitions?
