Budgety threaded 22?

So, due to the fact that I'm very smart and responsible... I bought a 22 can, but I don't own a threaded 22.

What is your favorite budgety 22 (under around $600), preferably bolt gun, maybe pistol.

I've got a scope or two sitting around, really just worried about the gun cost, and wanting something fun.

Tough to bet a Ruger 22/45 Lite in the pistol class IME.

Need more info on potential rifle use cases.

I have mine on a t1x it’s a lot of fun especially with standard velocity ammunition

I think PSA has been running sales on the Ruger MK4 lite for $330. That’s gonna be a tough deal to beat.

Just go to sportsman’s warehouse or something and ask to handle the 22 rifles with threaded barrels then buy the one you like the best.

Ruger makes the 10/22 with a carbon wrapped, threaded, 16” barrel and a mag oil stock. I’ve seen them on gunbroker for like 525.00 that would be a fun rifle.

Be a great gun, I would t mind having one of those.

Ruger American rimfires are cheap and accurate. They make a bunch of different models.

Pistol: the Smith & Wesson Victory, IMO, is better than the Ruger Mark IV and Buckmark.

Rifle: find a Ruger 10/22 model that you like. They are hard to beat. If you want a bolt action, get a CZ.

That's basically the plan. But you can't feel the trigger in store.

I've got a couple Savages in 22LR. theyre surprisingly accurate with the right ammo.
