Budget spotter

Don't think that "most" folks gravitate to the real expensive stuff. Most folks don't talk about what they have and use low to mid-tier equipment.

I bought a Razor 11-33x50 spotter and it came with a tripod for $600 new. Nice glass IMO, not top tier tho. Went new cause the used ones I was seeing were in the $600 range.

There is a website for couse deer where the guys sell real nice used optics.

You could also look into renting the spotter from that rental place and see what you like...

I run a Vanguard Endeavour. Most folks that have peered through have been impressed, it's my first spotter so I have nothing to compare to except an old crappy Tasco. Rokslide gave it pretty favourable reviews compared to a swaro.
