I picked up some pills a month ago from the local nutrition shop for $129. I've had chronic knee pain after lifting and hiking for a couple years. The stuff really worked well.

I ran out though and don't see spending $100+ a month on the stuff.

Is there any brands that are cheaper but still high quality?

I really don't want to deal with injections. But I'm not opposed to it if it's more cost effective.

Actually, I checked what I’m using again and If you set up a subscription, it’s $136 for 60 days worth of the 500mcg dosage. 250mcg doses are a bit cheaper.

I’m getting this from Infiniwell

I’ve gotten it from Alkaline Superfoods before for about $130 for 60 500mcg doses, but that’s only about a month. To be honest, when I used it, I felt no improvement after a month and feel like the injection is likely far more effective. Glad it seemed to help you out.

My understanding is that in order for the oral capsules to work, they need to be absorbed rapidly in the stomach. Some brands are making slow absorption variants to treat lower intestinal issues such as Gout and they are also making rapid release compounds designed to be absorbed quickly and end up in the blood stream. To make that more effective, you need to take them on an empty stomach. That being said, these still seem to be hit or miss for some people and injections are likely the more reliable option.

I still remain hopeful that it can help. I’ll likely try using the injections again in the future

Is BPC-157 a compound that needs to be taken forever? I always figured once the injury is healed that it can be slowly weened off.

Ive done injections, nasal spray, and pills for BPC 157- I gave them all at least two months. For me, the thing that helped me heal was to stop running (achilles). I believe BPC-157 (i took mine in conjunction with TB500) can work for people, but you have to get it from a reputable company, and realize that you will be injecting yourself with something you trust is what they say it is. After 6 months of trying various forms of BPC 157 i gave up on it. Felt pretty hopeless, but time is showing signs of healing. its just taking time.

Every time for me, it ends up being that I just need to rest. Unfortunately, I have more energy than my body can withstand, so it I struggle to really rest and I obsessively check to see if something still hurts which absolutely interferes with my recovery

I have been seeing a lot of people talk about this product so I am following along. Low back pain and hip mobility are my issues and cause sciatic nerve pain which sucks. I wouldn't mind trying as well but like OP said which brand is a good one?

I just ordered some from panstellar shop. Site seemed a little sketchy but they had 3rd party purification tests and trust verification sites said it is legit. Regardless I used my credit card so if anything doesn’t pan out, I’ll get my money back. Navy Fed has never let me down with that. I can not independently vouch for it, and realistically unless you do the tests yourself, who knows if it’s real even based on reviews because some of the people could very well just be benefiting from a placebo effect

So when you buy the injection stuff you have to get the water for it too? Where do you get the needles? Off Amazon? What's the ratio? Then how are you using it on a hunt?

My local store just got pills in of 157 and 500 combo. Same brand as the mk677 and Cardarine I've been using. And it's been legit product. Huge gains. But what from what I've been studying injecting the site is more effective.

I have noticed that after switching to Vivos for hunting/hiking (only one weekend) that about cured my post hike knee pain. I traded it for muscle soreness in my feet and calves which is far better. And I'm sure it will lesson as I hike more often through out the summer.

I really haven’t looked into the injectables too much. Despite saying I would likely use them next time, I decided to give the 157/TB500 combo a go in pill form from a different brand before I try injections. Not sure if the injection is an everyday, biweekly, or something else thing, but if it were everyday, I’d likely set up my cycle to be during the offseason so as not to be injecting in the field (if you do extended backpacking hunts). Or, I’d have pills just for when in the field then continue with injections once I’m out. My main reason for that is that I wouldn’t want to inject in the field and increase my risk of getting an infection. I’d prefer doing it in a sanitary environment.

How long have you been using the mk677 and have you noticed any weird side effects? A lot of my friends in the marine corps used it about 8 years ago and made great gains, so I’d be interested in trying it in the future. Only thing is I’d like to heal up all of my tendon injuries first before getting on anything like that.

Injection protocols are typically M-F, mini cycle off on weekends. Every 90 days do a 14 day off cycle.

You'll need bacteriostatic water (online) insulin needles, cotton balls, isopropyl alcohol (amazon).

Not sure on the absorption rate orally. My solution would be to find one of the many legit research websites to obtain it for your testing purposes. TB500 is also very synergistic with it.

100%
I had a vial of TB500 +BPC157 that i was shooting into my achilles , subcutaneously, just under some pinched skin.

Resting and not exercising has been the biggest contributor. Its been 6 months now, maybe even a touch longer. Yesterday i did my first day back on the road, a combination of walking, skipping, striding, for 30 seconds each. Achilles felt a little sore after but good today.

Keep in mind i did not have a rupture like some of the guys in this thread, i think i had a partial but without getting it actually diagnosed by a doctor, its just keyboard diagnostics.
