I recommend the pelican air. I’ve been blown away at the quality. Nothing in the market compares.
If it's just for the truck(not flying), I like the Lakewood case. When I come back at the end of the day and I'm cold I like that the bow just slides in from the top with the quiver attached.
Yea
I like the “ rounded edges” of the pelican but I don’t like that non padded interior. They make them with solid foam or the pluck square type also. Nice cases but can’t find on sale and priced a bit higher the skb. Nice cases for sure. But never had an issue with an skb yet and the price is better. For the same price I would give a pelican a go though. Most of my bows have gone in an I series 4217DB, I go double as that way I can modify the foam and keep my quiver on and it has a lot of padding around it. I baby the hell out of my bows and guns. Lol
My pelican air had a huge chunk knocked out last flight and pelican denied all warranty claims. Good luckI was skeptical of the small amount of foam, but with the way they have positions the bow tie down spots and the rigidity of the case I have no worries about anything happening. I’m pretty meticulous about keeping my stuff in good shape as well. Price is pretty rough though.

I also thought pelican offered a lifetime warranty but the pelican warranty is basically all smoke and mirrors actually covering very little. Go ahead read the small print. No way, I would be pissed ! They say lifetime warranty and even cover goods in the case, bull shit if they don’t at least cover the case. Did anything inside get damaged ?
