On deck. With some notes and learning.
Worth noting that knob creek single barrel is 9.5 years and bottled at cask strength of 125.4 proof which is new since they USED to proof all single barrels to 120. I find knob creek single to often to be as good as bookers releases. Now with them coming cask strength there is really no reason to spend $40 more a bottle on bookers for me. They are both beam products which is a distillery.
The nashville barrel is just really nice 95/5 MGP rye at 11 years old. Nashville is another non distilling producer.
Jimmy red is cab finished. I love jimmy red so it will be neat to see if the finishing is a plus or minus to the juice. High wire is a distillery.
Found north is always excellent. They are a non distiller that finishes and blends their barrels and they are very good at it.
Cream of kentucky is a new one for me. It another non distilling producer meaning their juice is made elsewhere and they bottle it. Its unclear if they rick their own barrels.
