Pretty ecstatic to stumble upon this today.
My wife got me a bottle of that for our Anniversary. Good flavor but super hot!

I'd suggest opening, then giving it a week to breath. Couldn't taste the rye initially from how hot it drinks, but could after about a week. I'd put a big cube in it or a few drops of distilled water to open it up.

Made her a couple of Manhattans with it and she was about cross eyed.
