Bolt on forward grip for bolt rifle?

Anyone ever see or use anything like an angled forward grip on their bolt rifles? A few days out of the year I rifle hunt deer here in WI out of a tree. The nature of that type of hunting is quick offhand shots. I'm thinking a fore grip could help with pulling the rifle tight into my shoulder while wearing thick gloves and thick layers. Any thoughts?

That’s what a shooting sling is for. Rhodesian sling or barely slower ching sling.

I'd fear you'd increase stock flex enough to defeat your purpose of more control.
Quick rifle shots are the same as shotgun. Grip, swing, shoot. I want one muscle memory grip and go kill stuff.
