I had H&M do my Tikka bolt body. Came out beautifully and shoots great.
H&M is a bit interesting, they don't really advertise that they do consumer work, but they totally do and turnaround was one week! I agree with above, do the action, too!

What did they charge?
Well, technically they did it, and a barrel, for free when I paid $500 to have them nitride a 45mm cannon. Yeah, that was an adventure! LOL.
I think they do everything as a custom quote, but I believe I've heard people say about $100 for a barrel, and a bit more for a receiver. I know, not super specific, but that cannon was a huge PITA for them and $500 for that, an AR barrel and the bolt body was a bargain.

This tracks with what I was told. Our minimum lot charge is $350.00 which covers one complete firearm with all associated steel components. If you have an assortment of various parts from multiple different firearms, please reply to this email with a list and/or pictures for custom quotation. Processing does require all parts to be separated and completely disassembled to ensure a uniform finish. Our current lead time is 7-10 business days.

I just didn't want to be the guy that posted the price.
I'll post some pics of before and after if anyone is interested in seeing that. My prefit is supposed to be here in 6 weeks. I'm going to shoot the rest of my 308 ammo up, pull the barrel and send everything and a barrel to them.
