I had H&M do my Tikka bolt body. Came out beautifully and shoots great.
H&M is a bit interesting, they don't really advertise that they do consumer work, but they totally do and turnaround was one week! I agree with above, do the action, too!

What did they charge?
Well, technically they did it, and a barrel, for free when I paid $500 to have them nitride a 45mm cannon. Yeah, that was an adventure! LOL.
I think they do everything as a custom quote, but I believe I've heard people say about $100 for a barrel, and a bit more for a receiver. I know, not super specific, but that cannon was a huge PITA for them and $500 for that, an AR barrel and the bolt body was a bargain.

This tracks with what I was told.Our minimum lot charge is $350.00 which covers one complete firearm with all associated steel components. If you have an assortment of various parts from multiple different firearms, please reply to this email with a list and/or pictures for custom quotation. Processing does require all parts to be separated and completely disassembled to ensure a uniform finish. Our current lead time is 7-10 business days.
