BOAL'D Case Files, The Conclusion

A few questions.

If the defendant is only charged with “wanton waste”, why did the OP receive the antlers? What allowed the F&G to turn them over rather than go through normal methods of dealing with items that no one had a legal claim to?

What’s the story with the meat? Is it all gone, still in the defendants possession?

What’s the deal with the cape? Did the OP get that back as well? Are there plans to have the buck mounted?

OP, what was the defendants “excuse”? Did he stick to the “I shot it and killed it” or did he confess that he found it dead and was such a worthless piece of shit he couldn’t help himself? I bet his wife sure is proud of him…

Maybe all those pics of him online with BOALs are ALL someone else's boals, and he just follows other hunters around, especially WKR's?

All I know is imma start some serious pack training, that way when I come across a dead boal I can strap it on full body, hide hair, guts and get outta there. The original boal shooter will think aliens obducted it.

Then I can place it in a location of my choice. All propped up in a bed and shoot a sweet influencer video where I sneak into a sleeping boal and arrow him. But ill drop the camera on the shot so there's no footage of him running off mortality wounded. It will just cut to me and a magazine cover grip and grin.

If you really want to take it to pro-level. Do it in a well know OTC area with easily recognized powerlines in the back ground.

See who all pick up on that reference.

My guess is wanton wast was easy to prove, and taking an animal you find dead is not illegal. Given the circumstances, proving the perp knew he was steeling beyond a reasonable doubt would have been harder. Weasel words and bull shit can go a long way in sowing doubt. You don't have to convict on theft to say the items recovered belong to someone else.

Yeah, seems like a lot of unanswered questions. A judge signed off on a warrant for something like this? And pulled DNA evidence? Seems like alot of man hours got burned up for a misdemeanor.

Any guesses on if we'll see a public apology from whoever the influencer/pro staffer (guilty party) is anytime soon? I'm running low on meme material.

Guilty party aplogize. Not gonna happen.

Best we could do is call the school district he works for and point out the criminal charges for wanton waste of wildlife are ironic for an AG teacher.....
