He said civil case was dropped when the other guy lost the criminal case in the paragraph civil case. That case was closed 9/23/22.

I am disputing the tardyness of the update from 9/23/22 to 11/24/22.

I read it as criminal case ended last of September, and then some time after that the civil case was dropped.
I’ll admit I have no idea how long it actually takes to “drop” a civil case. A month or more wouldn’t surprise me, but I have no idea.

What we need is a fourth thread that's breaks down the time-line of the event, the investigation, the threads, and the conclusion. Then we can all post about where we were when it happened and how BOAL affected us. Or is it effected us? Whatever, you get what I'm saying.

It's almost December, without a BOAL thread what the heck are we gonna do for the next six months?

45 day wait after criminal case was closed before IDFG could do anything, legal process is slow.

Just think, you'll be able to tell your kids "i was there when rokslide blew up with memes and threads about an Insta hunter stealing a boal to gain credibility by taking advantage of poor decision making hunters who then created a bunch of drama and ghosted us with no details for months on end, creating a spiralling vortex of speculation, memes, videos, and a large increase to Robby and Ryan's bank account..."
