Blocking Access Roads Legal?

I have had some similar experiences over the years. I've had a lot of ideas go through my head on how to exact my revenge but being the bigger person in situation and leaving is always how it shook out. Having kids with me probably helped with that. I didn't need them to learn bad habits.

That mindset is exactly what younger hunters respect and look up to. Well done sir.

I know you were blind in that moment, but when the drink went in your face, I think it would have been game on.
Men have died for less....
I don't know if I'd be able to control myself, but at the same time getting my ass blindly whooped by a bunch of drunk guys in the middle of nowhere doesn't seem like it would help anything so probably the right move to avoid it.

That's probably sound advice, but I'm just saying, if you are the hunting partner in this situation, its time to escalate. If you're out at a bar and a guy throws a drink in your buddy's face, you have certain bro-code obligations to fulfill. Also, you don't throw a drink in a guy's face without expecting retaliatory escalation. It is written in the rule book book, under a section titled "Honor & Retribution."

Upon the unprovoked liquid assault upon the visage of a brother, the very fabric of the Bro Code is challenged.

Therefore, thou shalt not stand idly by. Inaction is not merely weakness; it is complicity in the dishonor of your comrade and, by extension, the entire brotherhood.

The response must be immediate, decisive, and clearly demonstrate that such an affront is a declaration of war on the collective.

The sanctity of a brother's dry face – and his dignity – is non-negotiable.
To permit this transgression without appropriate escalation is to abdicate your duty as a brother and to forfeit your standing within the hallowed ranks of the Code.

Now THAT is a humorously written post. Well done. You gave me today's best chuckle.

I would be pissed if I had a drink tossed in my face but would LIKE to think I would have the composure to not fight. Usually being 6'7" and 265 deters people from throwing drinks in my face.. However if someone tossed one in my brothers face I'm coming off the top rope like I'm Hulk Hogan without warning or hesitation.

Oh 100% yeah. For some reason I was reading that through the lens of the blind guy and not the partner. Yeah I'd get my ass kicked for that no problem.

While I'd never purposely block the road, all bets would be off if I saw someone ******* with my truck while I was gone.

I'd be scared of the lack of control I'd have in that situation especially if you were stranding my kids in the middle of no where.

Just food for thought for you key board Rambo's
