Yeah you keep hammering this, if that was the case they could have easily adjusted prices and let the customer decide, but it seems there was decline far beyond tariffs

If your sales are struggling to generate enougg revenue - you probably cant raise prices

I did notice some of the products fit was off, I ordered a pair of the beavercreek merino bottoms, waist height was really low, had to return. The soft shell pants size was off as well, I did size up and they fit, and are nice pants. They may have a bunch of gear made with sizes off and not selling, definitely not the cause but could be one more hit that adds up.

They were the primary (only?) importer when Crispi was really entering the US market. I’d be surprised if they were a middle man for scheels, midwayUSA, etc still.

Yeah, I ordered about $60 worth of Peak Refuel from them on Friday 10/17. Order was accepted and my cc was charged. Haven't heard anything from them since then. Gonna reach out to my bank and see if I can get my $ back, hopefully.

Kendall Card was owner of Black Ovis and Camofire which sold slow movers at discount from BO and other companies. He is/was also the owner of CrispiUSA for distribution stateside. That's why BO/CF usually had good crispi sales and Kendall is on the videos and podcasts explaining new models.

If they accepted orders leading into flipping the "off switch" and don't honor them or refund the funds that is wildly unethical. I HOPE that is not the case and the dust is just settling on whatever is going on.

Received my order yesterday. 3 day trip took 7. Funny thing about the tracking was yesterday morning it shows LEAVING Spokane at 3:30am, but never showed it arriving from Wi.

Packages already in the hands of shippers are not going to be recalled regardless of what is going on with their business.
