WTB Bivy and Tarp setup

Looking to try a bivy and tarp set up. Something like a Borah bivy, OR helium. Water resistant on top and bottom, mesh face area with a hoop or the ability to tie off the mesh to be up off your face. For a tarp im looking for something like the argali tarp or seek DST. Let me know what you got. Can be individual or a combo deal.
