Just wanted to share an upgrade I did to one of my bitzenburgers using the X60 bitz upgrade kit. It was $36 and solved the problem of carbon arrow nocks moving around in the bitz nock receiver. I am super-impressed with how stable it makes the arrow when you press the clamp/vane onto the arrow. So much better. the kit comes with two different nock sleeves, one that fits G nocks and one that fits inside of the arrow itself. I think it will also accept a pin nock bushing. It also comes with an upper support plate for cradling the arrow, but I have not installed it yet.
Anyway, it is worth the $$ in my opinion.

I was just bitching to myself about this. Fletched a couple arrows and one fletch is way off! It seems like randomly the detent just doesn't lock in the correct position. I should order the upgrade kit.

So no more shoving the arrow with one hand while trying to press the clamp down?

It definitely doesn't look bad, any idea what the O.D. is of the part that just fits arrows? .244 I assume?

So I made a cap/bungee cord arrow holder for my bitz (like the LCA Vanemaster jig has). Works like a dream. I tried the Zenith "upgrade" and hated it.

I agree. It is an upgrade that is worth the money.

I’ve had my kit on now for a few years and it does make quite a difference with repeatability.

I’ll measure it this weekend and post the results.

This makes sense, I just switched to 5mm shafts and thought I must have lost the .204 insert. I'd been using the pin nock head for my micro diameters and it was working great. I'm about ready to get rid of the whole system for fletching 5mm. Have to hold the arrow in place the entire time. Probably end up with Fire Nock or VMP.

The Bitz upgrade is totally worth it. The .204 bushing is difficult to work with sometimes but there are a couple ways to make it better. The first is simply using hot melt on the .204 bushing so it stays in place the entire time. The second is to get a .204 pin nock bushing and just use the .246 adapter which has a hollow receiver to accept the pin bushing. You can buy a couple .204 pin nock bushings from Lancaster for a couple bucks.

I've always held the arrow in place and tight in the nock receiver while fletching, so haven't seen a need for the Zenith upgrade. I'm not even sure I could fletch an arrow without doing it that way, it's just second nature.
