Bitcoin

So what does that mean for the long term outlook?

Gov’s have to print more money, so there will be more liquidity in the future. Gov shutdown is not helping, they are collecting funds but not putting anything out.

OTC levels haven’t changed much in the last few months but availability on exchanges have gone up. Meaning someone is buying in the background.

Who here subscribes to the BTC 4 year cycle idea?

I do
We should be just passed the cycle top with the current ATH or there maybe another run in it. My gut told me to take profit on my ETF at $125k and of course I ignored it.
We’ll see what happens. Either way I’m in for the long haul.

"JPMorgan, a major US bank, disclosed holding 5.3 million shares of BlackRock Bitcoin ETF (IBIT) valued at $343 million as of Sept. 30, representing a 64% increase since June, according to a new filing tracked by Macroscope.

The bank’s expanded Bitcoin ETF position reflects the growing institutional adoption of crypto assets through regulated investment vehicles. Traditional financial institutions have increasingly embraced cryptocurrency exposure through ETFs as they offer familiar regulatory frameworks.

JPMorgan’s SEC filing also discloses positions in Bitcoin ETF options, indicating the bank has developed strategic hedging or trading activities in the crypto sector beyond its direct ETF holdings."

If i figured it right. They are upside about the same percentage I am currently.

I think we will see low 80's before it stabilizes and starts the next climb. HODL
That sucks if it happens. If it hits 82,000 that would be a 35% drop from its high. And then have to gain 53% just to get back to even. Thats sounds daunting

I know a lot less than a lot of the guys on here but plan to buy more if it drops that low.

As of today it takes 94k to mine a single BTC. This production cost is typically the price floor for BTC. 170k by year end is still in play. Selling today at 95k would be foolish.

I sure ain't selling now. But am getting discouraged. $170,000 would be insane
