Bino/Spotting Scope Tripod

Hoping David Long will chime in here, I am looking for the brand of Tripod he highlighted in EBJ that he said is his go to tripod. If anyone has the info it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If its the same article I'm thinking it is I think it was called a Sunpak something... And if I remember right it was very cheap...
