Nice buck!
Def a nice buck there!
That big forky in the first photo is a stud! It’s been awhile since we’ve seen some trailcam pics. Nothing huge this year but I have a high country camera I’m excited to get this spring.

He is chunky. I’d be interested to know how old he is. I’m wondering if he’s on the decline or just genetically a super fork. That big forky in the first photo is a stud!
It’s hard to say but I’d guess he 4.5 - 5.5 years old. He’s definitely a mature deer but I don’t believe bucks revert that drastically very often. In the last 5 deer seasons I’ve killed three forkies. Two were 5.5 and one was 7.5 years old. Big, mature bucks that were never anything but forkies. He is chunky. Tufts of scuffed up hair on the body would indicate different Buck. Upon close inspection it almost seems to have a mark/scuff in the same place on the snout but the Buck with antlers has what looks like a scar, if not scuffed hair right above his heart, the second Buck does not have that and has scuffs further back which the first Buck does not have. Also I think the second Buck is a smaller Buck with a smaller body, though he is closer to the camera. No giants at a new camera spot but this guy came by. What does everyone think? These pics were taken 4 minutes apart. Is this the same buck or different bucks?
