Picked up the ventum, stretch alphas, gloves and some stuff for wife and kids - excited to try it out - don’t own any of the alpha and that’s a great price to see if I like it or not. I ordered the wrong size by mistake on the ventum, emailed in asking if they’d swap it, and received a reply in the AM with an updated order and the sizes changed and real live human typed response. so they were responsive and helpful … even gave me a Sko Buffs! So yah there for real.

that ventum jacket is a great wind shell. I use mine at work, absolutely love it. the pockets are designed so you can pack the jacket into one of the pockets and make it compact.

I’m sure they’re swamped. I had two orders, same day, due to a F up on my part. First order finally got a shipped notice today, which in reality is only that the item was entered into UPS’s shipping database, but they don’t have the item yet. Nothing on the second order. I’m sure they were slammed with the sale so I’d expect something by day 4 or so after purchase from my experience.

When did you order? I ordered twice on 2/1/25. Got a shipping notice on order 1 yesterday, and on order 2 today. I’d wait 4-5 days after ordering for a shipping notice. Not saying I like it, but I’m guessing they are swamped with orders.
