Best rifle scope

While I have become a big fan of the RS1.2 if you are trying to optimize for 75-150 I might consider a LPVO like the SWFA 1-4. Decent FOV and I can ding apple size targets all day long with my AR in that scope.

Personally on my deer rifles while I typically shoot in the 75-150 range I like the ability to go further, the SWFA 6x good at those ranges but also quite serviceable at 400-500 yards.

The one I have mounted on my .300 winmag. Nikon 3-9x40 with BDC. five years, 5 Elk, from 120, out to 460 yards.

One of my favorites of all time for sure. Shame they don’t make them anymore. Never selling mine!

My other favorite that I’ve had for a couple years now is a NF nxs 2.5-10x42. Good mag range for big game hunting, nice and compact, very reliable.

Can’t get that post count up as easy in the optics forum

You didn't state budget or personal abilities. So, Schmidt & Bender 2.5-10x50mm Polar T96 is the best or not discernable from whatever the best actually is.

If you meant mid-range as budget, Trijicon Accupoint 2.5-10x56 with same qualifier.
