I just got the 10x52 NL’s and I don’t see how you’d find a better option for top quality glass and I have owned all 3 of the 42 NL’s before
That’s a solid endorsement. Everybody seems to be sold out of the 10x52 NL at the moment.

12’s on a tripod work great sounds like they would serve you well
Yep, 12's on a tripod will be great even the 15's. Also when choosing, don't overlook the SLC line. No, they aren't the pures, but the quality in low light is something else. Buy used, you don't nec. have to have brand new in my opinion. It will also leave your budget ahead of your next purchase of a spotter and/or a smaller set of 8x binos for faster glassing.

If you go with the 15's, could you then go with a 8x bino for faster archery stuff? It's just my thoughts,

I hunt a lot of closeup hunting, I found this year those 8's are amazing in the woods and over large green fields and power lines. I don't miss my 10's one bit.

I bought an amazing set of Swarovski binos assuming I would use them for the rest of my life…and then someone invented range finding binos. 🙄
Yes. I bought a great pair of Leicas and then recently got some Geovid Rs for the lr. Both are great on their own, but nobody yet makes exactly what I want.

Find something for your 90% use case and spend the money on that first. Factor in if you want/need a lrf or ballistics. Spend some time with that to see what you are lacking. The specialty optics can come later.
