The optical quality of the Sig Zulus does not even approach a midrange bino. I had the 16x42 Sigs Zulus and the Maven 9x45 B2s with me on a hunt. The stabilization is nice, but I realized I kept switching back to the Mavens to see what items I found with the Sig Zulus were. Even with much less magnification, I could see better with the Mavens. Not to mention a much better FOV. I’ve looked through NL Pures a few times before, though not 14x. The NL Pures blow everything else out of the water. Incredible optical quality and a truly amazing FOV.anybody out there that has tried the NL14s vs a stabilized scope/binoculars in the field?
Money is an issue but was curious how the NL14 fans feel about OIS?
