Look at women's versions?
I'm not quite built like a women. I doubt the fit would work wellLook at women's versions?
I do have a pair of Attack pants in short and they do work well. They are just not very tough when it comes to walking in sticky areas.Another +1 for the Kuiu's, I have a 29" inseam and the (S) Short inseam fits perfectly. It is so nice to not have a material bunched up at the top of your boot ready to catch on everything and make noise.
That is what I thought until I ordered a few with knee pads in them and the knee pads were more like shin guards.
I agree but it is also nice to see if we can find something that was initially built for my size before I need to recreate the wheel. For the amount of money some of these companies are asking for their products I would think they would offer more sizes. As someone with a few short friends over many decades, there will never be a substitute for having pants hemmed. If knee pads aren’t where you want them, that can fixed with a sewing machine as well. I’m guessing this isnt new information and you’re just testing the water to see if anyone is offering extended size ranges.
Yes you’re right - even custom sizes shouldn’t be difficult in this day and age, but they are. Sewing seems like one of the last holdouts that doesn’t translate to automated CNC machines - maybe they will figure this out and all our duds will finally fit well.
