Happy for you. No worries. And it sounds like their CS is first rate. I guess for me I’d be unhappy that I needed it at all. I find it more than a little bit interesting that you’ve “spoke to many of them in the past” . I’d ask why you had to do that? I’d still rather get kicked in the nuts than own a Vortex. There are none on any of my rifles.Seems kinda rough for a good story and reply.

Mine is, I recently sent a Vortex with a slight problem to the group at Vortex.
Ive spoke to many of them in the past for various questions and info. NEVER had any one of them them treat me with anything but pure kindness and spent all time I needed,concerning Vortex or education in our sport.
My recent shipped issue was responded to 1 hour after receiving it.
I then received a call anking me if I would agree to having my scope replaced with an upgrade,double the value and quality, due to not having one in stock like I sent them. Id rather get kicked in the nuts, than trust my business with any other than Vortex and the great people that answers the phone and puts me first. LOL. I just fell off my soap box !!! Thank you for reminding me , YOU DANCE WITH THE ONE WHO BRUNG YOU ...
