I was just looking at those, they seem to be a step up from the SWFA levelsAnyone tried the MKM?

you can find replacement cylinder bubble levels on amazon. size 5x12mm is what you want. mine from UM had a spec of something in it and it was faster to replace it via amazon than UM shipping (although they did). needle nose tweezers ended up working best to remove the c-clip.
I don’t like this style at all. It isn’t in your natural line of sight and work envelope the way a tube mounted bubble is. The same goes for the pic/tikka rail ones that clamp on off to the side. What are your guys' thoughts on the talley pic rail with integrated anti cant level? Seams pretty slick.

I have a couple of these. I like how light and thin they are. Have not really beat them up to test durability, though.
Yep,that’s what I would pick.Anyone tried the MKM?
Yes, they are reputable.I had never heard of them, but it looks like a reputable product
I have a very similar one to this from another manufacturer and I can't see it without breaking position. Seemed like a good idea when I bought it but didn't work out well for me.What are your guys' thoughts on the talley pic rail with integrated anti cant level? Seams pretty slick.

Not really necessary inside 400 or so yards. Some people will consistently get closer to good vertical alignment than others but in mountain/side hill terrain it’s difficult to be consistent and if you have multiple shooters using the same rifle you’ll quickly find you need a level unless you enjoy arguing with your kids about their crosshairs not being level every 30 seconds between shots.Looking at pics guys post it seems like alot more are not running a level at all? Is there a reason for this? Not necessary at normal hunting distances?
Yes.The UM Tikka level works well and is not that expensive
Sort of like this?I used to have a level that wasn’t flat, it was like a semi circle and had a little ball inside it. It was my favorite for a while until it stopped working.
