Best backcountry lantern???

Thanks, I just went ahead and purchased a couple of the originals. I usually give an relatively inexpensive Christmas gift to two of my hunting friends and these lanterns fit the bill. If they work for them I will be purchasing one for myself later. Seems like a great idea to reduce some weight.

They will enjoy them! I keep a couple in the window sills to keep charged all the time in case of power outage at home too. They strap easily to the outside of a backpack and unless your busting brush stay secure there and charge while you travel.
