I’ve have good results with H4350 using 150gr cx bullets. 0.5” groups out of a 22” barrel.

How are your SD's &/or ES? It looks like H4350 only gets in the 86-87% case fill range, which is slightly lower than I thought was ideal. But, if it works, it works. Also, what velocity are you getting from a 22" barrel?

IMR4831, IMR 4451 shoot tiny groups out of my 280AI. 140GK up to 168 Bergers. 145LRX likes the 4451. It's probably the easiest cartridge to load for. They aren't super picky from what I've seen.

Yea, I just noticed IMR 4831 looks like it could be a good option too., since It burns a little faster than H4831sc does. Have you noticed any issues with temperature sensitivity? How are your velocity, & SD/ES?

RL23 was unstable for me. 4831sc and recently have tested some 6.5 Staball with good results

I’m using Peterson brass which may account for some of the case fill concerns you have as they’re known for having slightly less case vapidity due to thicker wall construction.

Speeds are 2950fps with 54.1gr, SDs are 10-12fps, so not incredible, but it’s been good enough for me.

Maybe the SD's are slightly higher due to the relatively low case fill. Really that's the only negative I see with the H4350 is having around 85% case fill. But with smaller case volume of the peterson brass, I would think it would be a higher % case fill... I don't really know.

For 165-180 I like h4831sc and imr7828

For anything lighter, 4831, 6.5 staball, n560 are winners
