The FL stretch belt is awesomely thin, strong and comfortable with the perfect ammount of stretch. Don't even feel it under a pack
i really like that belt... used the kuiu climbing belt for several years, switched to the FL last year and it's my favorite. tried a grip 6 too, and i'm not a fan... it's ok, but my least favorite of the 3

How are these with packs?
Sorry I missed your question a few weeks back. I wear mine all the time with a mystery ranch pack and it's always been comfortable and never had any issues. Some guys don't like them I guess, but I wear one for every day clothes and hunting gear too.

I've had decent luck with my Arcade belt for lightweight pants, but I'm considering switching to suspenders for anything heavier/brush pants. I end up wearing brush pants a lot where I hunt.

I like that the Arcade belt has stretch to it, but not too much. It's probably not as heavy duty as some of the more tactical belts people are recommending, but it's done the job well for me and a lot of other hikers/hunters.

What belt do you guys prefer for your hunting pants? I am looking a good belt that is light and does not buckle with the holes in the belt. I would like a buckle that has very small adjustments and not the big adjustments that the type with holes provides.
marsupial belt is a great option

Everyone owes it to themselves to try a Grip6. Hunting belt or whatever they are pretty slick. Out of all the new “gimmicky” belts I’ve tried these are the real deal IMO. Sometimes though it’s hard to beat a good ol broke in leather belt. Beyond that grip6 is where it’s at.

A couple years ago I grabbed a handful of Military surplus Molle 2 lash straps , $1.50 each. Cut one down and melted the end, made a great belt for under my pack waist belt.

5.11 belts have been my go to/everyday belt for years now. I have both 1 1/2” and 1 3/4” versions and both work well after a short break in period. I don’t even notice the belt under my pack (small plastic buckle) and they’re perfect for my IWB holster for daily use. I’m not sure why these belts don’t get more love but they’re simple, relatively cheap and work great for me.

These have a ratchet system built in so no slip and no holes. I have a leather one now and it works well with my IWB. The buckle is pretty flat.

KUIU "climbing" belt, you can also pick them up direct from the manufacturer. Different strokes for different folks but these work best for me

Anything other than a BDU/TDU webbing belt is overpriced and unnecessary. They can be had for like $10

Don't think anyone has mentioned Kifaru yet!

I initially had a First Lite; got a Kifaru to compare - immediately sold the FL. The FL's buckle was chunky and clunky, and more prone to slippage. The 'green' color may as well have been called 'Disco Ball Silver'.

Kifaru for the win!
