Beginner Cameras under $800

Looking to capture more moments on the mountain/landscape. Looking to see if anyone can give some recommendations on cameras under $800.

There are some great options right now.
Canon has a couple of great options, the R100 and R50. Olympus has the E-M10 kit. They are compact and easy to use. Fully auto, semi auto and fully manual. The Canon's have 4K video and the R50 has a fully articulating screen and Mic jack.
