Bear Takedown Longbow Limbs

Curious to see if anyone has tried the Bear Takedown longbow limbs? I know they’re new, and I haven’t seen any hands on reviews yet. I’m curious how they perform and thinking about getting myself a set if they’re legit.

I have seem them but not played with them. I bet the limbs are good, I would be more concerned with the geometry of that riser for longbow limbs.

Man, I love Bear Archery history. However the quality of the stuff they put out now is very questionable. “If” I was to buy any thing from them today I would have to get my hands and eyes on it first.

Man, I love Bear Archery history. However the quality of the stuff they put out now is very questionable. “If” I was to buy any thing from them today I would have to get my hands and eyes on it first.

I really like my 2016 Bear takedown I have now, but I get that. One of the original limbs I had on there twisted and I’m on another, newer set now, and while they’ve served me well, the finish job on them is… not great. Zero complaints in the functionality department though.

I’m just wondering if the longbow limbs are truly the best of both worlds that I’m hoping they are, or just gimmicky.

RMS Gear has these used on their site. Not sure if it’s what you are looking for?

Not necessarily those specific ones, but just in general. 45 pounds would be fun, but I’d probably get a heavier set.
